SHIPPING POLICY


LOCAL WAREHOUSE PICKUP

  • Warehouse pickup is available Monday - Friday, 10 pm - 3 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Simply follow the instructions sent to you by email to arrange your pick-up.

AUSTRALIA WIDE

  • Delivery is calculated based on the size and weight of your items ordered. Orders placed by 1 pm will be dispatched the same day. Excludes weekends, public holidays, special order items and complex shipping items such as Mats, Boxing Rings, MMA Cages and other bulky items as they take longer to pick and pack. Orders are shipped out using either Australia Post, Direct Freight Express, Startrack, or TNT. A tracking number will be issued to you at the time of your order being shipped

INTERNATIONAL

  • Delivery is calculated based on the size and weight of your items ordered. Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Australia Post, Fed-Ex, DHL, or TNT.  Australia Post's delivery standard is 2 - 10 days.  Fed-Ex, DHL, and TNT average between 2 - 7 days depending on your location and local service. A tracking number will be issued to you at the time of your order being shipped.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges are excluded from re-stocking fees.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions:

  • Customised items, clearance products, and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error from our warehouse.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
