Returns Policy

Online Purchases

If you are not happy with your product that was purchased online for any reason, Mizuno Martial Arts Australia is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product and packaging is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged, unused and all packaging and labels in tact.

The customer will be responsible for arranging and associated charges for the return.

Defective Items

Defective items must be returned to Mizuno Martial Arts Australia within (7) seven days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Proof of purchase must be accompanied along with photo's and a letter describing the fault or issue as well as your details. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Once the goods are deemed faulty the item/s will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a credit for another item or a full refund will be offered.

Returning a Bulky Item

1. Affix the Returns Label to the outside of your parcel.

2. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your return on (03) 9357-5354.

3. Our customer service team may arrange for your item to be picked up by a courier. (If service available)

If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to our Customer Service team on (03) 9357-5354, to confirm if your return can be accepted.
